I am always in awe of all the amazing women in the LSF community who push themselves mentally, physically and emotionally during our challenges, but especially during LSF30! The beginning of the year isn’t an easy time to get back into the swing of things and push yourself to settle into a consistent routine. Coming off the holiday season can be tiring and a fitness challenge is often the last thing on your mind, but I’m so proud of everyone who decided to pick themselves up and do the LSF 30 in 2023!
I am constantly inspired and inspired by the amazing transformation photos and stories shared during LSF 30.
Together we lost over 200 pounds during this challenge!! Can you believe it?! Also to note, this is only from the women who submitted their changes at the end of the challenge, so I know there are more pounds lost! Following Team LSF On IG to see more! 4 week change Grand Prize Winner

Lauren is so inspiring! He lost a total of 12 pounds during this challenge! Lauren would often join and initiate a challenge with LSF, but never saw it. This is his first challenge that he saw all the way through and clearly, his hard work and dedication paid off!
Lauren has PCOS (Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome) which has always made it difficult for her to manage her weight as it affects her hormones so much. He noted, “Just getting healthy habits just last month has helped my mental health a lot and I think my hormones – I’m not entirely sure because I haven’t gotten a test or anything but my cycle has been very regular. . No severe pain, not too much swelling, it was a fixed number of days instead of spotting for a period of two weeks afterwards, all the main things I had been struggling with for the past six months and kind of giving up. was done.”
Lauren also credits the Hot Body Meal Plan for many of her successes, helping her guide her food choices and getting her passionate about healthy eating!
“Overall, the challenge was amazing, I don’t feel like it was really a challenge, because I feel like this is how I want to live my life now, so it was a stepping stone to a lifestyle I would say. I have been I was going to do it in my head but not actually executing it. When you tell yourself over and over again that it’s impossible for you to lose weight, your mind can be very persuasive and that no matter what you do you won’t lose weight—when in fact it won’t. I just had to sit down. With myself and recognize that I am in control of how I live my life and if I want to be healthy and strong and get back to the way I used to play sports and be very active. So I need to move!! Feeling stuck and lost and hiding myself under baggy sweatpants and sweatshirts feels isolating but I’m so proud of myself for getting this far and I’m so glad my boyfriend is there for me. Joined the meal plan because it helped a lot with eating. support and encouragement. Started at 248 and ended up at 236 pounds – woohoo!”

“I really appreciate her workouts and easy meals, I’m a military spouse, homeschool mom with a 3 and 7 month old who doesn’t like to sleep much haha so time isn’t always on my side. But my health is very important. For me as allowing my children to see me makes this time a priority. I never realized how much I could do in 30 minutes at home and thank you so much for opening my eyes to this! “
