Coconut Protein Balls

You won’t even be able to tell you’re eating such a healthy breakfast because they’re so good! These little protein balls are packed with my 4 scoops. LSF plant protein And I know you will be as obsessed with them as I am!

Ingredients of Coconut Protein Balls

Makes approx. 24 balls

  • Add 3 cups of Medjool dates.
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes


1. Add the almonds to a food processor and process until it has a doughy consistency. It can be thick.

2. Add dates and water, cocoa and protein powder and process until well combined.

3. Add chocolate chips and press pulse a few times.

4. Use a spatula to remove the mixture from the processor into a bowl. Then roll the spoonfuls into small balls with your hands.

5. Place the coconut flakes on a large plate or bowl and gently roll the balls to cover them in the flakes.

6. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator or freezer.
